I wrote my book after having had many requests over the years from people who have read my articles in various magazines. They wanted to have something that they could refer to from time to time.....like a handbook!!!
Some of the things that have helped me to see things differently and achieve different results are now recorded for all time. I hope they will help to inspire others who would like to see changes in their lives.
Most of us are in a position where we can take control of our lives and make changes, but some of us do not realise this.
I am happy to pass the wisdom on that I have received over the years from inspirational teachers and friends. I live in the hope that you will be inspired to make the changes you need, on a personal level, to improve every aspect of your life........it certainly worked for me!!
Remember, as long as we are alive, it is NEVER too late to make changes!
